Accessibility at DayOffMap

Tested environments

Current functional checks cover Google Chrome on macOS at desktop and 390 CSS-pixel mobile layouts, keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, the browser accessibility tree and automated accessibility rules. Layout and function are also checked at 200% browser zoom.

A dedicated certification session with VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS has not been completed. No claim is made for combinations that have not been tested.

Known limitations and alternatives

The WebGL relief map is visual geographic context. Its country shapes and terrain are not fully conveyed by a screen reader. The searchable country directory is the text-equivalent route to every country page, and core navigation remains available if the map or WebGL does not load.

Planner results, holiday dates, data status and assumptions are presented as text. Color is supplemented by labels and symbols.

Remediation process

• Record the barrier with its page, task, environment and reproducible steps.
• Assess its impact and prioritise anything that blocks a core planning task.
• Fix the underlying component and retest keyboard, zoom, text alternative and automated rules as applicable.
• Update this statement when a tested environment, known limitation or material remediation changes.
