By using DayOffMap, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you; use by a child should be supervised by a parent or guardian where required.

Information only

DayOffMap provides informational planning suggestions. It does not approve leave, determine your employment rights or replace advice from your employer, union, school or local authority. It does not promise that leave will be approved, that travel will be available or suitable, or that a plan will meet a particular employment, school, immigration or booking requirement.

Holiday dates and observance rules can change, especially for regional, lunar, religious and specially announced holidays. Check the displayed source and confidence label, and confirm dates and leave approval before making a booking, employment or other consequential decision.

Any statutory leave summary is general information. It may depend on employment status, seniority, work pattern, collective agreements and local law, and is not legal advice.

Your use of the service

The MVP is account-free. Planner choices may be saved only in your browser. A shared link carries selected planning settings and dates in the URL; it is not a private sharing channel, should not contain personal or confidential information, and may be visible to recipients, browser history, bookmarks or services that process the URL. DayOffMap does not provide server-side plan storage in this MVP.

• Use the service lawfully and without interfering with its availability, integrity or security.
• Do not scrape, probe, automate, overload, reverse engineer or bypass access controls in a way that harms the service, its data releases or other users.
• Do not present DayOffMap results as official leave approval, a legal determination or an official calendar unless the relevant authority has said so.

Data, intellectual property and third parties

DayOffMap content, design, software and data releases are protected by applicable rights and may include third-party material. Use is subject to the notices and license terms identified on the Licenses and data-source pages. Official-source links remain subject to their publishers’ terms. Map boundaries and names are provided for geographic orientation and do not express a position on legal status, sovereignty or boundary claims.

Links to third-party websites are supplied for convenience or source review. DayOffMap does not control, endorse or take responsibility for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Advertising, sponsored content and consent tooling are disabled in the current service.

Corrections, availability and abuse

We may correct, add, remove or change data releases, features or these terms. Releases are immutable once published; an accepted data correction is issued in a new release rather than silently rewriting an old one. Please report suspected errors using the contact details on the Corrections page.

We may limit or suspend access that is abusive, unlawful, threatens service integrity or creates security risk. The service may be unavailable, changed or discontinued without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimers, liability and disputes

To the fullest extent allowed by mandatory law, DayOffMap is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that information is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer protections and non-excludable rights continue to apply. These terms do not choose a court or governing law, and they do not waive protections that apply in a visitor’s jurisdiction. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date where required.
